In general,companies are now non-systematic to do service development,generally lack the capacity required for the design of the development, but due to the development of service innovation, the use of systematic methods for engineering research and development services effectiveness is relatively significant,so this research through engineering methods,the use of service experience engineering three phases (Phase): Find,InnoNet,Design Lab,from InnoNet stages of the industry value chain research, service modeling,and Design Lab of services proof of concept stage research process to do that,to find out the future of innovation and eHome services,innovative services to complete a proof of concept prototype and evaluate new services available in the market feasibility.
The conclusions is to provide the future direction of innovative services are interaction,security, energy saving,entertainment,and health..eHome products innovate service design include ‘home device automatically connect system service’,‘intelligent Pad butler service’,‘portable home monitoring service’,‘portable home devices controlling service’,‘home environment automatically regulated service’,‘smart devices automatically detecting/energy saving service’,and ‘portable health care service’. Thus,the user needs of eHome can be identified effectively through service experience engineering methodology SEE is capable of designing and varifying the innovative service and improve the service failure and service quality,reduce the risk of developing products,and effectively shorten the time to market.
