| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to investigate key competences for ERP administrators, channels for gaining these key competences, and key competences the school system can offer. Hope the study can be a reference for the people who are willing to take the similar job.
The data was collected from experts. The experts have reached a consensus through the Delphi Method. Initially, there are 12 experts participated. The first version of the questionnaire was too complex for experts to reach a consensus. The questionnaires were revised. For the second version, 2 experts were not available and 5 new experts were invited. Totally 15 experts participated in the second version of questionnaire.
This study found that there are 17 key competences for ERP administrators. Among these key competences, “Understanding and maintaining an ERP system”,“Troubleshooting an ERP system”,“System planning and design”, “Business process planning and improvement”, ”Internal audit and internal control concepts”, “Concept of manufacturing processes”, “Familiar with cost accounting and other financial related businesses”, “Invoicing process related concepts”, “Organizing and sharing FAQ and
related documents”, “Ability to hold internal training classes”, “Cross-department communication ability”, “Coordinating skills” and “well logic” are accumulated through working experience. “Understanding and maintaining an ERP database”, “Understanding a certain SQL command”, “Positive working attitude” and “Personal time management” can be obtained from a school system. “Understanding and maintaining an ERP system”, “Understanding and maintaining an ERP database”,
“Understanding a certain SQL command”, “Positive working attitude” and “Personal time management” are critical abilities for fresh graduates who want to be ERP administrators.
