| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === After years of full implementation of the National Household Registration and Conscription Information System, which the conversion after the third system, the lots drawing jobs of draftees still use manual processing. Interviewing with experts, this study will deeply analyze several feasible alternatives to evaluate their performance and decision analysis, such that computerized implementation of lots drawing can achieve the purpose of the simplified service people which is also the thesis motivation.
In this study, the so-called ‘overall computerization’ is defined as operating procedures of lots drawing in the Conscription Information System. The entire process of data processing and summary are through rationalization, standardization processes etc., thus achieving the automation of lots drawing. Also, it can meet the operating requirements of fair, just, open, and secure conditions prescribed by the Conscription Law. Finally, this thesis implements managerial analysis under various scenario of this study architecture which can benefit the source of references for real performance applications in future.
