DeLone and McLean’s (2003) Web site service satisfaction model and Pilevari‘s (2011)Cloud Computer User’s Satisfaction model are used in this study, including safety, efficiency and performance, adaptability and cost. In this study, seven dimensions are used to explore cloud services satisfaction for mobile phone users, including "Information Quality", "system quality", "Service Quality", "Security", "Efficiency and Performance", "Adaptability " and "cost". There are four specific results of this study: 1. The"Information Quality", "System Quality" and "Service Quality"in DeLone and McLean’s Web site satisfaction modelfor the cloud service user’s satisfaction on mobile is still a posstive effect. 2. About the information quality, users request the product information provided by the mobile App should be the same as what the actual used, and the real-time information on mobile should be updated quickly. About the system quality, users request that when App connecting to the website or service system, the speed of query and download should be very stable, and the response of website or service system should be very quick. About the service quality, users request after download the mobile service or App, the customer service can respond their question or complaint immediately. 3. The "Security", "Efficiency and Performance", "Adaptability " and "Cost" in the Pilevari‘s Cloud Computer User’s Satisfaction model for the cloud service user’s satisfaction on mobile is still a posstive effect. 4. About the security, users request only themselves can delete or modify their data, unrestricted use, information no leakage, and Provide backup and recovery services. About efficiency and performance, the response time of mobile service / App should be quick, and have to complete their needs efficiency. About the adaptability, users request the services can be used in mobile phone system / App quickly, have a scalable data storage space, and various cloud services platform have to provide interoperability support. About the cost, Users still concerned about whether the cost of cloud services, internet access and the cell phone they can afford. 張銀益 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 146 zh-TW |
