This study chooses the C hospital of medical industry to know that what benefit come with knowledge management system and the system can solve which problems. And can the knowledge management system of C hospital circulate, save and share knowledge efficiently?
We search and analyze all of the knowledge management systems of C hospital and consult user’s opinion about the systems. There are findings for C hospital after we review literature and combine the opinion:
1.The knowledge management system bring benefits for hospital, and solve the problem of knowledge management
2.The system is the most useful to freshman and manger. Freshman can use the system to know this hospital and managers can follow up the effects of learning of members.
3.The system of C hospital can manage Explicit-Knowledge well but not Tacit-Knowledge
From the above study, we know that there are tangible benefits of knowledge management systems for the medical industry organizations. And it is most helpful for new staff and managers. In addition, knowledge management system allows staff access customized knowledge within the organization easier. It can improve the circulation of explicit knowledge, sharing, saved effect but system for the transmission of tacit knowledge need to be improved. it should improve the system and increase system function, so that the implicit knowledge heritage, preserve and share more efficiently.
