Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 心理學系 === 101 === In recent years, job stress, fatigue problem, has been attention to the enterprise and the public. The Institute of Occupational Safety & Health has build up a model of stress management services in the company and impetus of enterprise stress management service plan in 2008 and 2009. These projects have significant meanings on promoting stress management practices in the field. The participation in research project in 2008 of researcher had start up this action research.
Based on the experience in IOSH project in 2008, researcher integrated the related resources and then planed and executed enterprise stress management service plan. The structure and context of this service plan was based on tertiary prevention concept. On the one hand, the researcher expects to implement enterprise stress management service plan. On the other hand, the researcher expects to solve the actual problems in the field, including the poor utilization of staff consultation, and the problems in the research in 2008. Therefore, researcher chose action research as research method. The researcher got problem-solving experience and professional growth through the constantly cycles of the action research. From the course of problem, action, authenticate to introspection, the researcher solved problems and generated knowledge.
There were six companies participated the enterprise stress management service plan. There are four steps in the action research: 1.Been Consensus: including "advocate the program, confirm the willingness, plan the progress of the program, starting to advocate activities of the program". 2.Assessment Stress Risk: including" stress scale survey and personal result report, group analysis report, the stress scale results explanation and stress management lecture, individual interpretation of the result and consultation".3.Develop Action Plans: including "solve the target problem, develop action plans (Primary prevention- by lecture, advocacy and stress source analysis; Secondary prevention –by case management and group courses or workshops; Tertiary prevention- by employee assistance programs), provide feedback chance to employees." 4. Implementation and Evaluation: including "tracking the implementation of the effectiveness and periodic review and adjustment ".The conclusion and suggestion of this research is available for next action research, and continuingly practice in the field.
