The usage and different morphology on nanoparticles have also become a very popular research topic. Because of the high sensitivity of SERS, it has become a significant techniques on inspection. We can also enhance SERS by archiving aggregation on metal nanoparticles.The main aim of this research is to find out the ways to control the sequence on metal nanoparticles and its influences on Ramen signal. We will use seed mediated growth method to synthesize Au nanoprism. The reasech then follows by covering the Au nanoprism with SiO2 using morderated Stober method.
