The aim of this study is to realize the relationship of teachers’ locus of control and management of school bullying and the students’ bullying behaviors among Taiwan junior high school students. Methods: The data was obtained from “A Study Health Behaviors Survey among Students and Teachers before Health Promoting School Accreditation Project”, supported by Taiwan Bureau of Health Promotion. A total of 5,074 students and 190 teachers were pararticipated. Data were analyzed using the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's chi-square and hierarchical linear modeling. Result: Teachers’ locus of control of school bullying may influence students’ bullying behavior. Students were less likely to involve bullying behaviors under internal teachers. Teachers’ management of school bullying did not significantly association with students’ bullying behaviors. Conclusion: According to the results, the anti-bullying training program should enhance high school teachers’ locus of control of school bullying in order to protect students from school bullying behaviors.
