According to the study results show that the elderly population participating in aerobics exercise , physical health scale M = 3.1364, Mental Health Scale M = 2.9329 , shows are participating in aerobics exercise agrees Individually physical and mental health been enhanced . Background of different variables in aerobics course the differences in the health of results : gender (t = - .555, p = 0.58> 0.05) , regions (t = .055, p = 0.956> 0.05) , and Occupation (F = 0.854, p = 0.427> 0.05) for participation in aerobics course there was no difference in the health of sex; perceived physical condition makes it different (t = -2.383, p = 0.018 &;lt;0.05) . After participating in aerobics courses have significant health differences ; different ages , different levels of education participation in aerobics courses , hierarchical level up significantly , and consciously participate in aerobics exercise physical health have been enhanced . Different background variables involved in aerobics courses in mental health differences results showed that : perceived physical condition makes it different (t = 0.411, p = 0.682> 0.05) and different occupations (F = 0.868, p = 0.422> 0.05) after participating in aerobics courses in mental health , there is no difference; different genders , different regions , different ages , different levels of education who are involved in aerobics courses , hierarchical level up significantly , and consciously participate in aerobics after exercise , mental health has improved . 段昌國 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW
