The study adopts questionnaire survey method .The subjects were 257 administrative teachers participated in this study .The statistical analyses included t-test , descriptive statistics , one-way ANOVA and pearsonl correlation .The subjects perceive moderate work stress and work satisfaction . In work stress , “the performance evaluation”is the highest and “the leadership of superiors”is the lowest . In work satisfaction , “the promotion and welfare”is is the highest and“the perception of work ”is the lowest . In addition , the work stress is negatively related to the work satisfaction. Finally , the result of the study can provid educational administrative authorities , school leaders , the teachers in junior high schools and the future researchers with some related and feasible suggestions . 段昌國 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 111 zh-TW
