Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 未來學系 === 101 === This study aims to investigate the relationship between the work stress of junior high school teachers in Yilan County,who also serve as administrative staff , and their work satisfaction .Furthermore , it also analyzes the difference between the stress and the satisfaction under various background factors.
The study adopts questionnaire survey method .The subjects were 257 administrative teachers participated in this study .The statistical analyses included t-test , descriptive statistics , one-way ANOVA and pearsonl correlation .The subjects perceive moderate work stress and work satisfaction . In work stress , “the performance evaluation”is the highest and “the leadership of superiors”is the lowest . In work satisfaction , “the promotion and welfare”is is the highest and“the perception of work ”is the lowest . In addition , the work stress is negatively related to the work satisfaction.
Finally , the result of the study can provid educational administrative authorities , school leaders , the teachers in junior high schools and the future researchers with some related and feasible suggestions .
