Description
Summary:碩士 === 佛光大學 === 未來學系 === 101 === The focus of this study is to investigate the effect of learning motivation and grades on 7th grade students by applying “Cooperative Learning Method for Teaching Mathematics”. Besides, researcher is able to understand students’ thoughts and opinions of this method by motivation diagrams, ability test, grades, evaluations. 1.After attending Cooperative Learning Method for Teaching Mathematics, 7th grade students change their motivation of learning for mathematics, especially their "motivation of self-efficacy" and "motivation of achievement". The results indicates that Cooperative Learning Method for Teaching Mathematics which is practiced on 7th grade students on a daily bases improves students' motivation of self-efficacy and motivation of achievement in the experimental group. 2.Cooperative Learning Method for Teaching Mathematics does not improve the "motivation of intrinsic value", because the statistic results do not show the significant changes of the motivation of intrinsic value. 3.The math grades has no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before Cooperative Learning Method is applied. After Cooperative Learning Method is applied, the learning effect of the experimental group transcends that of the control group. 4.The result of this research indicates that Cooperative Learning Method improves students' senses of observing, supporting, learning, and growing from each other by dividing students in groups. The students in the experimental group has positive attitude on Cooperative Learning Method. Moreover, the interaction and participation of learning are enhanced amount students. The motivation and desire of learning increase amount the students who have middle and low grades.
