Because New Media Technology has made tremendous and surprising progress and the goals of renovations in human society and technology have been changing day by day, an convenient fast and effective Two Way - Communication has therefore become more and more important in restaurant service. MOJO Restaurant initiated ITable , trying to explore The feasibility of this New Communication Technology as to upgrade its service quality. This research work is an individual case study on MOJO icuisine Interactive Restaurant. This research attempts to analyze the service model of ITable and the connection between restaurant’s service model and New Media Technology so as to fine out the feasibility for a restaurant to adopt ITable for its new good service.
