For these motor driven systems like Fans, Pumps or Compressors to operate effectively and save energy, the operational problems must be detected and diagnosed. Collection of sensor and control data is essential to this process. Likewise, the analysis of these data with reliable mathematic method is also critical. In this research, a novel embedded sensor is designed for estimate the performance and status of fan. Finally, the repeatability and reliability of proposed sensor will be verified through the experiment examine. Ha, Jih-Lian 哈冀連 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 56 zh-TW
