Description
Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 機械工程研究所在職專班 === 101 === According to the research result of U.S. department of energy and European Communities, It is shown that electric motor-driven system account for between 43% and 46% of all global electricity consumption. For these motor driven systems like Fans, Pumps or Compressors to operate effectively and save energy, the operational problems must be detected and diagnosed. Collection of sensor and control data is essential to this process. Likewise, the analysis of these data with reliable mathematic method is also critical. In this research, a novel embedded sensor is designed for estimate the performance and status of fan. Finally, the repeatability and reliability of proposed sensor will be verified through the experiment examine.
