For making the whole enterprise’s service has much advantages of competition, talent become the key for companies to success in the 21st century. Recently, the most important condition that job hunters have to take is personalities when companies choose talent. The reason is that employees’ work content is according to helping companies to serve customers, and then working attitudes appear highly work efficiency and provide stable services to help businesses grow up. Therefore, this issue has less relevant literatures so that it is worthy studying in-depth. This research is mainly aimed at the chain stores’ employees of southwest central municipality (Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung), and doing a random sample of questionnaires and verification questionnaire of I-Ching experts. Finally, getting back the questionnaire samples to use information, descriptive statistical analysis and factors, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, chi-square test analysis and through SPSS statistical analysis software package. According to the relevance between the personalities of five phases of Chinese philosophy and the personalities of westerner, and the kind of personalities can enhance the work efficiency, demographic factors on the work efficiency of its moderating effect of the adjustment. Conclusion, the different personalities of five phases in I-Ching can effect the work efficiency and the demographic variables personnel work performance difference for the regulator of interference effects, especially in persons of different gender, age, education, work seniority regulate their job performance interference effects. The results of this study can provide enterprises as a strategic reference, there are more systematic way to assess personal characteristics, allowing chain stores business owners can find a suitable personality traits of employees to achieve high-quality service requirements, personality traits slowly into commodities or service among the best at the same time to realize that the quality of service delivered services is the key to success for the long-term competitive advantage.
