Besides, the rapid development of wireless communication technology in recent years has driven many cross-field applications of different industries.
This thesis develops a programmable sequence controller, which combines an AD/DA converter, and provides wireless broadcast functions. It could significantly simplify the wiring demand and reduce the cost. In addition, this thesis not only completes the design of IL and Ladder and SFC editors but also develops a graphical programming interface. Using this graphical programming interface, users can easily complete the sequential control design based on basic concepts of logic and flowchart.
The developed wireless communication sequential controller can be used for industrial automation. Besides, it also provides wireless broadcast function to transmit sequential controller codes to more than one controller simultaneously, and has individually monitoring ability of each wireless controller. In the future, the wireless communication sequential controller will be used as an efficient hardware platform for different field of automation application.
