After years of development, the application of solar energy is extremely broad, such as solar power, solar water heaters. The solar vacuum tube collector uses a high-efficiency solar technology product over the years. Many scholars improved and researched for the overall shape of a wide range, expected by changing the shape or structure to strengthen the effectiveness of its convection collector, and hoped by coating material change, to improve vacuum tube itself collector efficiency; In this study, the numerical simulation method is changed by changing the shape of evacuated tube collectors, clapboard length as well as the change of inlet temperature and flow, to explore vacuum tube collectors of the shape of the overall performance whether it can be further improved. The results can be found by numerical analysis. If the inlet temperature is 33 ° C, and the inlet flow rate is 0.5L, then the vacuum hose shape is changed from round to oval and it can enhance the collection efficiency of about 3%. Under the same conditions, if the inner separator of vacuum tube of the ellipse extends to 1.1m then the temperature rise than that separator length is 0.9m. As changing the flux, jacket inlet temperature and radiation intensity, can found that the larger flux making the efficiency essentially increases further to the radiation than to the separator length, and the water jacket inlet temperature increase making the efficiency decrease. Therefore, we can obtained from the above results that the vacuum tube appearance and internal changes, it enhance indeed for the performance of the target can be achieved.
