Under the fierce competition of economic globalization, the creation and application of knowledge must be more diversified, popularized, international and technological. It’s necessary to use autonomous and flexible modes of learning quickly and easily to meet the diverse learning. Currently on e-learning research, the study is focusing on the teaching platform in schools. The research mostly focuses on teachers, college students, or the public servants. There is no study on e-learning acceptance for white-collar workers in the Hsinchu Science Park. According to literature data, we add two dimensions--convenience and perceived price to technology acceptance model of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to examine the impact on perceived value of Hsinchu Science Park workers and to discuss their behavioral intention to use. This study created an online questionnaire to obtain samples. 319 copies were recovered; invalid questionnaires were 3 copies and 316 valid questionnaires were found. The respondents’ sex ratio is approximately 1:1, ages ranged from 31 to 40; most of them have bachelor’s degrees and work in the IC industry; company size between 501 to 2500 employees is 32.9% and 2,501 employees above is 36.4%; most are junior staffs; 75.9% of the people use the net for over than ten years; internet access time is 1 to 4 hours; 64.2% of them use e-learning sometimes.   After Structural Equation Model . Results indicate that: 1. Hsinchu Science Park white-collar workers use e-learning,perceived ease of use、perceived price、convenience had significant negative direct effect on perceived cost. 2. Hsinchu Science Park white-collar workers use e-learning,perceived ease of use had positive direct effect on perceived usefulness. 3. Hsinchu Science Park white-collar workers use e-learning,perceived usefulness had positive direct effect on perceived value. 4. Hsinchu Science Park white-collar workers use e-learning,perceived sacrifice had negative direct effect on perceived value. 5.
