Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 電子商務碩士在職專班 === 101 === The advances in technology and the development of the network shorten the distance around the world, result in a more rapid service with a more reasonable price, and stimulate the intense of competition among enterprises. In order to survive for those enterprises, they put efforts on constant innovation and lean management to increase profits and reduce costs. This study is based on the literature review and provides a narrative case from the integrated logistics point of view with in-depth research and analysis to understand how to use the logistics organization and operating procedures (ie. good logistics costs, efficiency improvement, improvement of service quality to increase the profitability and competitiveness). This study finds that (1) through clear objectives and careful choose of project members can reach a comprehensive preparation in advance and make the target become more accurate; (2) adequately managing the transition and integration of the order processes can speed up order aging and improve customer service and quality of order fulfillment; (3) the immediate and accurate inventory information of production factory warehouse provide the efficiency of the factory production and save the transportation costs of the product delivered to the logistics center; (4) the adjustment of the transport operations increases the deliveries and loading capacity of a large truck, and it can be the different nature of different forms of distribution services; (5) the segmentation of picking method improves the picking efficiency and reduces the picking error rate.
