Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 機械與電腦輔助工程學系 === 101 === The paper investigates dynamic, the ball passing frequency and impact forces of a ball screw drive system using multi-body dynamics. Impact force generated due to geometric changes lead to ball speed significant changes during the ball out of return element, which lead to the generation of ball passing frequency .Ball screw is a critical linear transmission component in various industries. Therefore, the issue of the noise and vibration generated by the impact and friction during ball screw operation cannot be overlooked. The constant impact and friction come from a number of balls circling axial and moving forward along the axial at the mean time. Centrifugal force and gyroscopic moment generated by the balls during operation contribute to a complex movement and impact vibration. There is a close relation among the features of impact force, speed, lead angle, ball diameter, pitch diameter, ball spin around and around on axis. This paper not only investigates the movement of balls inside screws, but also investigates how the balls impact screws under different speed, circulations, and features of those forces.
