By virtue of consultants companies’ service for laws, taxes, finance, business registration overseas &; across the Taiwan Strait, investment to Mainland China from offshore companies, as well as oversea banking service provided by offshore banking unit (OBU), Taiwanese businessmen has made offshore company and OBU a crucial leverage to multinational investments, further boosting the industry of offshore financial service in Taiwan. The majority of Taiwanese enterprises are small and medium enterprises, which has brought inherent restriction to Taiwanese businessmen in terms of knowledge of multinational laws, taxes, finance, and offshore company. Given the condition aforementioned, consultants companies which originally aimed at incorporating offshore company has changed and evolved to comply with diversity of needs from Taiwanese businessmen. The case company of the present study- R&;K CONSULTANTS LIMITED, is exactly rising to the occasion. Being incorporated with one-stop service including offshore incorporation, business registration in Taiwan &; China, and solid back up for laws, and taxes, plus continuously upgrading professionalism, R&;K CONSULTANTS LIMITED successfully leads the mainstream in the realm of its services. The present study uses SCOPAB to analyze the business strategy of case study, and discovers the key success factors of case study are: 1. Corporate culture of being happy and trust-worthy, 2. Orientation of knowledge-based industry, and 3. Flat, and net organization structure Furthermore, here are proposals of future development and strategy for the case company: 1. Procedure and proficiency optimization 2. Expanding oversea clients, and coordination with law firm 3. Persistent accomplishment of corporate culture Lastly, the present study raises issues related with “Analysis on how OBU affects on the aspect of profit of banking business in Taiwan”, and “Finance platform structure in Greater China VS.
