Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 電聲碩士學位學程 === 101 === With the rapid developments and requirements in 3C products (computer, communication, and consumer), the sound from any kinds of products, such as laptop, mobile-phone, and other related communicating instruments, was not only asked to be louder but also be more excellent sensitivity and clarity. Most importantly, these products will be efficiently designed to cancel, instead of only decrease, the surrounding background noise. Because of the appearance of microphone-array and further commercial developments, the effectual solutions and diverse applications could be improved. In this microphone-array, by using the characteristics of each microphone in the sensitivity and time-delay for different directions, the mainly sound can be completely retained without other noise. Thus, the clarity and well sensitivity in sound quality can be improved. The object of this thesis is focused on the principals and applications of microphone-array. First of all, the microphone structures and operating mechanisms will be introduced. Then, the relationship between the distance of microphones and the angle of Beam-forming will be investigated particularly. Finally, all the analysis results will be compared and verified with the practical experiments. The results shown that the angle of Beam-forming will increase with the distance between microphones.
