Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 電子工程學系 === 101 === Memrisor (short for memory resistor), the fourth fundamental circuit element, is postulated by Leon O. Chua. There are four parts will be introduced in this thesis. The basic characteristic of memristor with variable resistance which changes automatically as its voltage changing is given in the first part. In the second part, transient specifications analysis of second order memristor based circuit is introduced. By replacing bulky resistor with memristor, the proposed series memristor-inductor-capacitor (MLC) circuit description and mathematical analysis are innovated. The simulation results show that both the rise time and the maximum overshoot can be made smaller simultaneously by suitably choosing memristor and voltage polarity. The third part deals with the memristor-based chaotic Chua’s circuit synchronization between different Chua’s circuits by using continuous QR method to compute the Lyapunov exponent of Chua’s circuit. Finally, memristor based Chua’s circuit with time delay feedback is investigated and the Lyapunov exponents are calculated to analyze the chaotic behaviors of time-delay Chua’s circuit for different delay times.
