Especially online shopping has become the best choice for people shopping,organization (such as agencies, companies or firms) have set up sites as elements of its operations, the site also brings to an organization are OK (you can use money to estimate) and no line (cannot be used to estimate the monetary) benefits, many organizations benefit to the entire business operations bring great profits. In view of this, many retail stores operators, in order to survive under the operating conditions are no longer rest on its laurels, but also have to give the footsteps of their ancestors operations, in response to the needs of today&;#39;s society, as well as with the large discount stores and convenience stores a relatively length, to show its small but beautiful features, the use of internet into information technology management to change the mode of operation, is approaching around the corner and become an important issue subsequent operations. In this study, AppServ network technology to build a retail store business website system, then watchlan software technologies that control access to website traffic.Mainly by means of cost-effective parallel scale systems (Horizontally Scaling System) series of two PC as a web server (Web Server) for data traffic diversion to control, so as to reduce the burden on the server, thereby improving operation and improve service quality, and increase operating profits.
