This study analyzed whether the case company conducts BPR when implementing ERP that brings the different benefits and effect on each business process and unit of case company.In addition, this study designed performance factors based on the concepts of Balance Scorecard for appraising the performance of BPR of case company. Based on the research finding, we can understand the effect of BPR on ERP implementation of case company.
