The technology is going to be part of future trends as traditional IT thinking begins to change; however, SMEs are slow to adopt these changes. SMEs need to know how to use limited resources to import server virtualization technology. In this study, a method that uses phased importing to reduce initial costs for improved importation. The development of a plan in accordance with the characteristics of the enterprise, business requirements, future plans, and IT Infrastructure. This will allow enterprises to understand the impact of this technology. The development of data backups and disaster recovery mechanisms will reduce change risks associated with IT infrastructure. This will bring the best investment benefit for the enterprise. K Company using server virtualization to change its IT infrastructure. The first stage of the initial cost is higher than the traditional rate of 51%. Subsequent IT improvements cost is saving of about 79%. However, for server consolidation and reduced floor space there were few benefits in this regard for K Company. It can improve storage space utilization by 25.18%. SMEs that import server virtualization will reduce the deployment and maintenance costs as well as increase investment benefit for its servers.
