Therefore, multi-style Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD) and Touch-Products are continuously developed in trend. The TFT-LCD (Thin film transistor Liquid Crystal display) of LCD structure is the main direction of development, which technic includes the semiconductor, liquid crystal chemistry and optical imaging and so on. It is high-responsible industries in production process, so there are still many rooms to be overcomed in manufacture technology. Thus, we attempt to improve the case of TFT-LCD high dimension tolerance issues, which caused the problems of client’s assembly costs, by the Six Sigma DMAIC quality improvement processes and methods. For finding out important influence factors, we listen to the SPEC(Specification) and combine the case company strategy, analyse the failures, do experimental projects and plans, apply statistical methods to analyse as well as proceed improveing experiment.
