Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 土木工程學系 === 101 === Abstract In this study, the cement mortar specimens were immersed in sodium chloride (NaCl) solution to investigate whether the compressive strength and chloride ion diffusion of the specimens were affected in chloride ion contents. The simple titration and chloride ion content measurement were used to determine the chloride ion diffusion contents, and then the data are analyzed and compared. First, the 5 cm × 5 cm × 5 cm cement mortar specimens were made, and then immersed in 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12% sodium chloride for 1 day, 3 days, 6 days, 13 days, 20 days, 27 days, 34days, 44 days, 54 days, 64 days, 90 days, 90 days, 120 days, and 180 days. The compressive strength of cement mortar specimens was determined by the compression test. The chloride ion diffusion contents were measured using simple titration and chloride ion content measurement to analyze chloride ion diffusion. The results indicate that the compressive strengths of specimens are decreased in a sodium chloride concentration-dependent manner, not in a time-dependent manner. After the cement mortar specimens are immersed in different concentrations of sodium chloride solution for 34 days, chloride ion diffusion contents of specimens begin to increase. The data of chloride ion diffusion contents show that they are about 10% difference between the simple titration and chloride ion content measurement. Comparison between this study and the previous research reveals that the greater the difference of the test procedure, and the greater the difference of the chloride ion diffusion content is detected.
