In order to keep high performance of productivity, the maintenance of equipment plays an important role, and the maintenance of power system is the most important. Once the power system accident happens, the capacity loss is usually very huge. The goal of this thesis is to apply the PMI project management to the annual maintenance program of the power system in a semiconductor manufactory, the project of off-line power test. A company in the Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP) is taken as the example. Besides the rigorous planning of the power test, the risk management is also discussed in this thesis. The project of off-line power test with PMI project management is carried out without unplanned outage and the performance of productivity is also kept. This program also improves the power quality and the system reliability indirectly.
