It investigates individual consequence and finding then makes conclusions. Based on the conclusions, some suggestions and references are proposed for schools and educational authorities for future researches. To achieve the purposes, this research adopts a questionnaire survey. The investigative questionnaire of Sport Expectancy Value, Sport Involvement and Coping Stress for Elementary School Children is the main tool in use. With purposive sampling, the research objects are 5th and 6th graders in elementary schools in Shui-Li township. The valid samples are 325. A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, Goodness-of-Fit Tests for Logistic Models, and structural equation modeling are conducted to analyze the data collected. The conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. There are significant differences between the 2 different genders on Sport Expectancy Value、Sport Involvement and Coping Stress . The boys have a higher score. 2. There is no significant difference among different elementary students on Sport Expectancy Value、Sport Involvement and Coping Stress . 3. The Sport Expectancy Value of elementary school students has a positive influence on Sport Involvement. 4. The Sport Expectancy Value of elementary school students has a positive influence on Coping Stress. 5.
