Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 101 === This research is primarily to analyze the differences and variations caused by, under disparate variants, senior elementary school teachers’ distribution, satisfaction at work, and attitude to retirement. The interrelation of the three is discussed as well. The researching tool, names “Questionnaire of the Awareness of Distribution, Job Satisfaction, and Attitude to Retirement of Senior Elementary School Teachers in Taichung City” samples 305 grade school advisers and the branch are appointed teachers of senior elementary school in Taichung City. T-test, variance analysis and other statistical methods, conducting a questionnaire survey data analysis. Based on the data analysis of the results and conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. Personal "health" can significantly affect the distribution of teachers.
2. "Health" and "Schools" will significantly affect teachers ' job satisfaction.
3. Personal "health" and "qualifying service", can significantly affect the retirement attitudes of teachers.
4. Teacher of "distribution" a significant difference in job satisfaction.
5. "Work environment", "interpersonal relations" the two dimensions, there is significant difference retirement attitudes.
