The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategy under the impact of fewer babies for kindergartens in Taichung District. From the understanding of current operating of public and private kindergartens to their marketing strategies and the conducting by their principles to find out the effectiveness of those strategies to their recruitment, then bring up the suggestions.
To achieve this goal, researcher use self-prepared “Interview outline of marketing strategy under the impact of fewer babies for kindergartens” interviewed three public and three private kindergarten principles. With the interview results and the analysis of data researcher came up with following conclusions:
1. Recommended marketing strategies for kindergartens.
2. The relation of marketing strategies and kindergarten recruitment.
3. Some uniquie and special marketing stratiges used by interviewed kindergartens.
4. Comparison of marketing strateges of public and private kindergartens.
These conclusions provide valuable suggestions to government education departments and kindergartens, and useful references for the upcomming researches.
