Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 101 === This research aimed to explore the motivations, leisure benefits, and lifestyle for people who participating activities in the Taichung Culture and Creative Industry Park. A Structural questionnaire was applied to respondent over 15 years old and 460 copies were sent to participants with judgment sampling. There were 389 valid samples returned for further statistical analysis using SPSS 12.0. Several findings were concluded as followings: 1.The higher leisure motivations of demographic profiles were single, females, student, less 40 years, with income of 20,000 NTD. 2.Male persons had higher benefit of knowledge than female persons and persons who were single with 21-30 years old have higher social benefits than other groups. 3.The lifestyle was categorized into four groups: conservatives, impulses, steady, and active. 4.Persons with active lifestyle had higher leisure motivations and benefits than others. 5.Persons who came to the park with their colleague gained higher social benefits than others. 6.The leisure motivations significantly predicted the leisure benefits. The result of this study was discussed and several recommendations were suggested for the operators, government and follow-up study.
