Enterprises to overcome the difficulties and save the global economy in recession, it is necessary to explore the sources of innovation and related factors, in order to revive the global economic recovery. This is the domestic and foreign enterprises urgent issue. This study is on the relationship between humor、work playfulness and work innovation.Through literature we know that humor is one of the most important ingredients for work playfulness.When work combines humor and playfulness, the inspiration for innovation will unknowingly blossom in the work place. This study was approved by the empirical results show: 1、Work playfulness has a positive impact on the work innovation. 2、Humor have a positive impact on the work innovation. 3、Humor to work playfulness and work innovation does not have a regulatory role.
