Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 101 === By using key success factors method, the purpose of this study is, by using learning stress, employability, cognitive job market, family support four key factors, to understand the key factors impacting the graduation withdrawal of college students and correlated situation in reality. In research method, this research takes senior college students in the university in the central section of Taiwan as the object of study, by using questionnaire survey given to 379 effective questionnaires.
The results indicate that
1.There are differences on graduation withdrawal between college students.
2.Learning stress and graduation withdrawal are positively related.
3.Employability and graduation withdrawal are negatively related.
4.Cognitive job market and graduation withdrawal are negatively related.
5.Family support and graduation withdrawal are positively related.
In conclusion, the result of this investigation gives colleges reference materials of diagnosis and preventive student counselling, and proposes suggestions to follow-up studies.
