Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this research was to understand the influence of the leadership style and job characteristics on organizational citizenship behavior, to compare the difference of background variants of leadership style and job characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior, and to examine the correlation among the leadership style and job characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior. Questionnaire survey was adopted in this research and thus questionnaires were delivered to the participants selected from 357 the professional and the non-professional in Taichung City. The examples of this study were based on the returned questionnaires from the participants. Moreover, this study has applied descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation and Regression Analysis to analyze the data. The results of the research listed as followings: 1. The leadership style has positively significanct influence on organizational citizenship behavior. 2. The job characteristics has positively significanct influence on organizational citizenship behavior.
