Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工學院碩士在職專班 === 101 === This study aims to investigate "the situation of elementary students'natural disaster prevention" and "the differences of their natural disaster prevention quality between the city and the country". It also explores the influence of different background variables on pupils' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of the disaster prevention, and analyzes the correlation between them. Hope to enhance the efficiency of the education of it and make a progress in it.
To achieve the goal, this study is conducted through revised questionnaire survey and it is used as a research tool. According to the proportion of the city to the country, sample pupils from fourth to sixth grade in Hsi-hu Township and Dacheng Township in Changhua County as the target of the study. After managing the survey data, the author uses the statistics to process and analyze the data. The statistics methods include descriptive analysis, independent samples T test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient analysis. The results have shown the following:
1.Their knowledge of natural disaster prevention is at a high level , and their
attitudes and behaviors have performed in a positive way.
2.City type, Hsi-hu Township, pupils' knowledge and attitudes towards disaster
prevention are better than those in Dacheng Township, country type. However,
their behaviors show no differences.
3.As for the variables affecting their knowledge of natural disaster prevention,
pupils' "grade", "parents' education" and "resource of the prevention
information" have a significant difference in full dimension, but their
"gender" has no significant difference in full dimension.
4.As for the variables affecting their attitudes of natural disaster prevention,
pupils' "grade", "parents' education", and "resource of the prevention
information" have a significant difference in full dimension, but their
"gender" and "favorite subject" have no significant difference in full
dimension.
5.As for the variables affecting their behaviors of natural disaster prevention,
pupils' "grade" and "parents' education" have a significant difference in full
dimension, but their "gender", "resource of the prevention information", and
"favorite subject" have no significant difference in full dimension.
6."Pupils' knowledge and attitudes of disaster prevention" have shown a visible
positive correlation between each other, and so have their "knowledge and
behaviors of disaster prevention", and "attitudes and behaviors of disaster
prevention".
