In stratified sampling, 1,313 fifth and sixth grade students are selected as participants from primary schools in Nantou County, Taiwan. The main instruments employed in this research to collect quantitative data are Family Social Capital Scale and Citizenship Scale. Statistical analysis methods include MANOVA, factor analysis and canonical correlation analysis. The main results of this paper are as follows: (1) There is an interaction between two variables, namely home structure and father’s education level in family social capital. (2) There is no interaction among three variables, namely home structure, father’s education level and mother’s education level in citizenship. More precisely, only home structure has a significant variety in citizenship. (3) For primary students in grades 5-6, the set of family interaction, family rules, parent-school interaction and parent-community interaction is highly correlated with the set of conscious identification, citizen rights and duties, and public participation in the sense of canonical correlation. In particular, there is the highest intercorrelation between family interaction and conscious identification. Hung Kuei Hsiao 蕭鴻貴 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 108 zh-TW |
