In this study, the planning area is Chaoyang University of Technology, which ranged from the student dormitory to the front brick square of the administration center. This study used the electronic theodolite survey to finish topographic diagram, standard cross-section diagram, and profile diagram. In addition, this study also used the 3D Models and Civil Building Blocks to draw 3D road corridor. Lastly, the Civil 3D Object Viewer and the Autodesk Design Review were used to show the 3D road corridor model. The results are as followed:(1) Have used the Civil 3D for the establishment of preliminary 3D road corridor. (2) In topographic diagram, by using electronic theodolite survey, it can easily connect to the Civil 3D software. (3) Use Civil Building Blocks to compare the similarity with the site situation. (4) Use Autodesk Design Review render 3D to show the perspective view more completely.
