| Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 營建工程系碩士班 === 101 === According to supervised cases of the construction supervising group (PSG) of Public Construction Commission (PCC), Executive Yuan in 2011, summarized items of more common and superior defects of main client’s, design-supervisor unit’s and contractor’s quality control system (QCS), construction quality and document operation are carried out for collection and statistical analysis in this study. In addition, major factors are also revealed. Main contents and results in this study include review relationship between the 3rd grade quality control executive (QCE) and construction shortcomings, proposed upgrade cases of execution of public construction quality supervising measurement of the PCC, Executive Yuan and suggestions.
The main construction client is urged to enhance bid supervising in advance by means of collective common defects of public construction, analysis and review of engineering construction supervising system and proposed prevention and improvement strategy in this study. Contractor’s self control for engineering quality is to be accomplished during its construction. Main client’s, design-supervisor unit’s duties on construction quality are to be obeyed strictly; meanwhile, relevant material tests are to be enforced for guarantee of engineering-plan construction quality. Moreover, the basic defect encounter in this study results from no actual execution of the 1st and 2nd grade quality control. Thus, suggestions include upgrade of construction quality supervising and penalties for increasing deduction points and so on in order to improve the quality of public construction.
