In this study, the program GprMax2D numerically simulated the GPR B-scan image of reinforced concrete with different humidity state, reinforcing bar size, burial depth and concrete leakage state. The RadExplorer program uses hyperbolic function to find this state velocity, two-way travel time and depth of concrete. The velocity and the depth calculated by the hyperbolic curves are all agree with the designed ones. The distribution of dielectric constants of concrete above the steel bars can be estimate by hyperbolic signals. Drawing distribution of dielectric constant on the testing surface, the position of the internal leakage can clearly be visualized. Therefore, by GPR can clearly identify the range of the leak.
