In addition of this, the intricate patterns of the iris not only could identify individual but also represents the health of human organs. In this thesis, we use some image processing algorithms to capture iris, and according to the study of iridology, divided it into 12 regions from the inside to the outside, respectively. The status of organs and can be used for diagnostic. Another is the speed of contraction of the pupil, that would reflect the kidney meridians.
