The main reason is that they are policy insurances. People in the past only know they must have “Compulsory automobile liability insurance” and “National health insurance”, but they don’t know the true meaning. Even though people are insured, they have no idea what rights and obligations they have. It’s necessary to include “Compulsory automobile liability insurance”, “National health insurance” and “Families risk management” into twelve-year basic education. So, I designed the insurance programs with specific insurance term of “Compulsory automobile liability insurance”, “National health insurance”, and “Family risk management”. Let the students who accept twelve-year basic education in the future really understand insurance and achieve the teaching objectives of insurance education. In this study, the 7-9 grade students in Taichung Wu-Chuan junior high school is the studying target. According to the action research process, I divided the research into three periods “pre-teaching detection”, “teaching procedure” and “post-teaching detection” and the research include well-designed planning, implement, review, correction.
