Description
Summary:碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 空間資訊與防災研究所 === 101 === This research deals with the heat-insulating performance of a recycled board. Based on the standard process of ASTM E1530 Test Method. The heat transfer tester QUICKLINE&;#8482; -10 THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY METER was used to conduct the heat transfer test and analysis of the recycled board in order to understand the heat resistance efficiency of board under varied thicknesses. To compare the advantages and weakness and the heat transfer relationship between the board and the ceramic tiles normally used for external walls, the tiles were also tested to analyze the heat transfer coefficient relationship between the recycled board and the tiles in order to provide reference for the architectural design. The test result indicated that the gel film of surface layer tends to increase the heat transfer coefficient of the recycled board and its difference is approx. between 4-11%. In view of this, other requirements should be summarized and considered so that other construction materials or method may be developed to improve the phenomenon where the heat transfer will be affected by e surface film of the board. When comparing the previously mentioned recycled board and the heat resistance efficiency of ceramic tiles normally used as the construction materials for ordinary buildings, the result indicated that under difference thicknesses, the heat resistance of the recycled board before being stripped is 6.8 times of the ceramic tiles; and that after being stripped is 4.7 times of the ceramic tiles. On this basis, better heat-insulating effect could be achieved by applying the recycled board on the external wall or the composite layer of renovated internal walls.
