The main component of the angular position estimation system is Hall-effect sensor. Precise resolution up to 200 steps per cycle by the sensor can be provided by the Hall-effect sensor applied on the step motor. The circular scale is used to detect the accuracy of the angle gauge and to compare the results of Hall-effect sensor. The Hall-effect sensor can be applied no lower-cost hardware and software technology. The angle of the system can be measured with high precision output of the corner.
