Prepared by kneading machine out of the ABS / PMMA / MMT composites using the universal testing machine, impact testing machines, hardness testing machines ... and other equipment to test the mechanical properties, and thermal gravimetric analysis, differential scanning thermal analyzers and other instruments test its thermal properties. After testing the results, adding MMT to ABS / PMMA (60/40 wt%) among the blends, the mechanical properties, the tensile strength and impact strength decreased with increasing content of montmorillonite, abrasion loss also increased with increasing clay content, but the hardness test MMT content of 3 wt%, there is an increasing trend; thermal properties of the glass transition temperature of the pyrolysis temperature, with no significant change MMT content increases. The ABS / PMMA (40/60 wt%) / MMT mechanical properties, the tensile strength increases as the MMT content, decrease in hardness, but the impact strength is increased significantly, the MMT content of 5 wt% of the reinforcement increase the percentage of 31% , significantly reducing the amount of abrasion loss in MMT content of 5 wt% when the abrasion loss decreased by 20.2%; thermal properties, pyrolysis temperature and glass transition temperature, with no significant change MMT content increased..
