Results showed that: 1. the relation between employees’ perception of organizational support and organizational commitment was positive especially on organizational affective commitment. 2. The relation between employees’ perception of organizational support and professional commitment was positive whether on professional values commitment, professional effort commitment, and professional retention commitment. 3.
