Summary:碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effect of work loadings and work-life balance on the relation between employees’ perception of organizational support, organizational commitment and professional commitment among medical care professionals. 98 valid questionnaires were collected from Taiwan medical hospitals. Results showed that: 1. the relation between employees’ perception of organizational support and organizational commitment was positive especially on organizational affective commitment. 2. The relation between employees’ perception of organizational support and professional commitment was positive whether on professional values commitment, professional effort commitment, and professional retention commitment. 3. Work loadings moderated the relation between employees’ perceptions of organizational support and professional retention commitment.
