The study focus on the Existing state of promote knowledge management in T company,In addition to the pros and make recommendations for improvement through theory and literature .We found they shape the mode of operation in line with the corporate culture by the progressive promote with professional platform. But also facing the uneven quality of knowledge documents, external conditions ,restrictions limited , willingness to share frustrations and other issues because of the traditional industries’s characteristics produce type and the human structure, After study, the authors propose coping strategies, Include of enhance the motivating factor,establish a regular audit mechanism, promote public computers…etc.,in addition to solve the problem of T company,but also be used as reference for knowledge management to promote by Practice.
